Report configured merchant integration surfaces and explicit payment capability flags. Direct merchant payment and optional credit purchases are distinct.

`GET /v1/integrations`

**Responses**

- `200` — Identity providers, merchant access endpoints and payment capability flags. No provider credentials or provider command integrations are exposed.
- `401` — \`unauthorized\` problem; live 401s advertise \`WWW-Authenticate: Bearer resource\_metadata=...\`
- `503` — Runtime or provider configuration unavailable (\`runtime\_configuration\_required\`, \`signing\_configuration\_required\`, \`runtime\_unavailable\`, \`workspace\_unavailable\`, \`provider\_configuration\_required\`)
