First request
Identify
An agent presents an AgentID token. Live tokens are verified using issuer, audience, expiry, and signature.
Use credits
Eligible grants cover a tool request while owner caps allow it.
Request approval
When eligible credits run out, a pending payment request preserves the intended transaction.
