Gateway health

Inspect the real gateway health endpoint before making an agent request.

The gateway serves GET /health. In local development use http://127.0.0.1:8790/health, or the same-origin /api/health proxy. A health response indicates reachability; it does not establish that identity or payment providers are configured.
